Local index

Search the reference

Search titles, category labels and editorial summaries. Your query stays in this publication.

The index is designed for material questions. Try a type, finish, application, symptom or treatment family. “Aniline,” “seat crack,” “nubuck,” “patch” and “reupholstery” each lead to different parts of the reference. When a result gives you a useful phrase but not a safe diagnosis, open the Diagnostic Atlas and continue there. If the wording is unfamiliar, start with the type index and compare the problem page before choosing a product.
